What happens after I book?
You'll get an immediate email confirmation with a Zoom link (or phone number, your choice). The day before, we send a reminder. The call itself is 30 minutes — we ask about your business, listen to what you need, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If we are, you'll have a quote in your inbox within 24 hours.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Show up with whatever you've got — a Facebook page, a half-finished Wix site, a paper notebook of ideas — and we'll work from there. The more context the better, but it's not required.
Will you try to sell me on the call?
No. The 30-minute call is a discovery call, not a sales call. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and point you somewhere that is. Our reputation is more important than any one project.
Can we meet in person?
Absolutely. If you're in McComb, Pike County, Magnolia, Summit, or surrounding areas, we'll meet at your business or a coffee shop — your preference. Hattiesburg, Brookhaven, Bogalusa, Hammond — we drive. Anywhere else: Zoom or phone works fine.
What if I need a website fast — like, this week?
Tell us on the call. We've shipped one-page launches in 5 days when the timeline demanded it. Standard launches are 7 days. If you need it yesterday, we'll figure out what's realistic and quote accordingly.
